Store-bought jar becomes treasure with this fun fall jar topper! The fall colors burst from this topper with crisp leaves and other embellishments, all handmade from my favorite European glass artist in Croatia and another talented artist from Virginia — then I added my own touches and fired them in my kiln to assemble the finished jar. The fall vibes are strong with this one!
